KTEN-TV, the NBC (10.1), ABC(10.3) & CW (10.2) affiliate serving the Sherman/Ada/Ardmore region, is searching for an Assistant Chief Engineer. You should have a solid background in RF, video, audio and IT components plus have a working knowledge of broadcast equipment such as transmitters, microwave systems, satellite receivers and dishes, servers, automation, cameras, production switchers, and digital automation systems plus a strong desire to learn new technology. Experience with digital television as well as solid computer / networking skills are preferred.
Duties Include: installation, maintenance and repair of analog and digital studio equipment, digital transmitters, satellite downlink receivers and dishes as directed. You must be self motivated, willing to think outside the box, be able to monitor and evaluate audio / video content and have a valid clean driver's license. May need to work some nights and weekends.

KTEN-TV, Denison, TX is looking for a GSM for our NBC, ABC and CW affiliates. We need a GSM who is an effective leader, self motivated, and flexible. Our GSM needs to be a progressive thinker who can drive growth opportunities of the three stations and must possess a strong background managing inventory and pricing controls, sales training and development, and budgeting.
Our GSM must also be effective in training and developing all account executives and be able to create strong business relationships and develop a sense of team with the Account Executives as well as assist with targeting, negotiating, and closing deals. Candidates must be detail oriented and possess strong organization and time-management skills and have a proven track record of strong management and leadership ability. Having successfully sold NFL, college football and Olympics is a plus!
